| Early Pregnancy: Getting Off to a Good Start - Free! |

Spend an important evening during your first trimester learning the changes to expect in yourself and your child-to-be. You’ll learn about fetal growth and development, prenatal tests, balancing pregnancy with work, nutrition, exercise & planning for baby

| Maternity Tours - Free! |
|
Birth suite tours (including labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum rooms) are offered for parents-to-be, including answers to your questions on topics from admission to discharge. Call the hospital to schedule a tour.

| Childbirth Preparation |
Start planning for the big event. You’ll take a tour of the family birthing center and learn about the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, medical options, how the mother’s partner can assist in childbirth, relaxation and breathing techniques, what happens during labor and delivery (including caesarian section birth), and recovery. Plan to complete the program 3-4 weeks before your delivery date. Each hospital offers both a full course and refresher.

Join a 3-hour class or schedule a private session at a higher fee (Good Sam only) to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques just for infants and children.
